As the company expands its digital footprint and prepares for a new web platform launch, they are seeking a specialist to manage player experiences and technical account configurations. This role offers the perfect blend of technical expertise and customer interaction, allowing you to work with cutting-edge gaming systems while ensuring exceptional player satisfaction. You will be at the forefront of the gaming industry’s evolution, supporting digital transformation initiatives in a dynamic, remote environment.

Schedule

  • Tuesday - Saturday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Dover, DE), with a 30-minute paid break (42.5 hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Account Configuration: Create and configure player accounts across multiple gaming platforms, ensuring accurate setup and optimal user experience.
  • Payment Processing: Process and verify customer payments with meticulous attention to detail and security.
  • Inquiry Management: Manage incoming customer requests through digital channels, providing prompt, professional, and helpful responses.
  • Protocol Execution: Execute account setups, modifications, and security updates according to established company protocols.
  • Campaign Support: Monitor and implement promotional campaigns to drive player engagement and retention.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed, organized records of all customer interactions, account activities, and transaction histories.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical guidance to players regarding specific platform requirements and troubleshooting.
  • Digital Transformation: Support the implementation of new digital initiatives and platform improvements as the company scales.

Requirements

  • Industry Experience: Previous experience in the gaming industry is strictly required.
  • Technical Compatibility: Proficiency in the Apple/macOS ecosystem; candidates must have a personal macOS device for system compatibility.
  • Communication Mastery: Excellent written English communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly.
  • Technical Aptitude: Demonstrated proficiency with digital communication platforms and the ability to learn multiple gaming systems quickly.
  • Detail Orientation: A meticulous mindset, particularly regarding payment processing and sensitive account management.
  • Confidentiality: A proven track record of maintaining high levels of confidentiality and handling sensitive data.
  • Self-Management: Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently in a professional remote environment.
