Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive intake processes for potential litigation funding clients
Follow up systematically on all incoming leads and inquiries
Convert qualified leads into funding deals through relationship building
Manage client communication throughout the entire intake process
Maintain organized records of all client interactions and deal progress
Support business development and client acquisition efforts
Handle additional administrative tasks across multiple company entities
Contribute to process improvements as operations scale

Requirements

Experience in client intake, customer service, or sales roles with a focus on lead conversion
Strong communication and relationship-building skills for sensitive client interactions
Ability to handle confidential legal and financial information with discretion
Experience with lead management systems and conversion processes
Comfortable working in legal or financial services environments
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and drive results

Bonus Qualifications:

Experience in legal services, financial services, or B2B sales
Familiarity with CRM systems and lead tracking processes

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
