Role Overview
We are hiring a Lead Generation Virtual Assistant to identify, research, and qualify potential clients. This role will focus on building targeted prospect lists and supporting outbound marketing efforts.
Schedule:
- Part-time (20 hours/week), Monday to Friday, 4 hours per day (CT Nebraska Timezone)

Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential leads (primarily local businesses such as contractors, home services, medical, etc.)
- Build and maintain lead lists with accurate contact information (name, email, phone, website, etc.)
- Use tools like Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, and directories to source leads
- Qualify leads based on specific criteria (location, industry, size, marketing presence)
- Input and organize leads into CRM or spreadsheets
- Assist with outreach preparation (email lists, basic personalization, etc.)
- (Optional, depending on skill level) Support cold email or social media outreach
Requirements
- Previous experience in lead generation, data mining, or research
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, Excel, LinkedIn, and basic CRM systems
- Ability to follow clear processes and meet daily/weekly targets
- Good written English and communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience with marketing agencies or digital marketing
- Familiarity with tools like GoHighLevel
- Experience with cold email or LinkedIn outreach
- Experience with cold calling
Success Metrics
- Number of qualified leads generated per week
- Accuracy and completeness of lead data
- Responsiveness and consistency in communication

- This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
