Our client is seeking a proactive Social Media Marketing & Sales Support Specialist to drive lead generation for two distinct service-based businesses in Perth, Australia. This role is designed for a strategic thinker who can move beyond basic execution to take true ownership of marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of a lead—from developing high-performing paid campaigns on Meta and TikTok to nurturing inquiries via social messaging and setting appointments. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can provide innovative recommendations and maintain a consistent brand voice for both a fitness company and a cleaning/gardening business.

Client Overview

The client operates two established service-oriented businesses based in Perth, Australia: a personal training/fitness company and a cleaning/gardening company. Both brands are in a phase of growth and require a unified marketing approach to streamline client acquisition and maximize online visibility within the Western Australian market.

Schedule

  • Monday – Friday, Hours TBD [Aligned with AWST/Perth time] (20 hours per week).

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: Develop and execute strategic paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to generate qualified leads for both business units.
  • Lead Nurturing & Sales Support: Respond to inquiries across Facebook Messenger and other social channels; warm leads through personalized communication and move prospects through the funnel to appointment-ready status.
  • Performance Analytics: Track and optimize KPIs including views, clicks, inquiries, and conversion rates; provide regular reports to leadership to drive data-backed decisions.
  • Content Creation: Design and schedule organic social media content using Canva, maintaining a professional and consistent brand presence.
  • SEO & Digital Growth: Conduct SEO activities and explore new digital marketing strategies to improve online visibility and business growth.
  • Administrative Oversight: Perform sales admin tasks, including CRM data entry, lead tracking, and maintaining organized marketing records.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work directly with trainers and the business owner to refine service offerings and implement proactive marketing improvements.

Requirements

  • Proven Advertising Expertise: Demonstrable results in managing paid lead generation campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
  • Advanced Communication: Strong ability to nurture leads through multi-channel messaging and excellent written English skills for content creation.
  • Analytical Mindset: Proficient in tracking and reporting marketing KPIs (CTR, CPA, Conversion Rates).
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems, lead tracking tools, social media management platforms, and Canva.
  • Strategic Autonomy: A proactive "owner" mindset with the ability to suggest and implement initiatives with minimal supervision.

Qualifications (Preferred)

  • Previous experience marketing for the fitness, wellness, or service-based industries.
  • Familiarity with TikTok marketing strategies and AI tools for marketing automation.
  • Background in SEO implementation and Google Ads.
  • Experience managing multiple brands or business units simultaneously.
