Schedule:
- 40 hours per week
- Flexible schedule: Monday to Saturday
- Work anytime between 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Eastern Time, Atlanta, GA, USA)

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Make outbound calls using prepared scripts and campaigns
- Set sales and service appointments for dealerships across the U.S.
- Perform warm transfers to internal teams as needed
- Keep CRM records accurate and updated after every call
What You Need to Bring:
- At least 3 years of proven experience in sales, appointment setting, or customer service
- Excellent verbal communication and a confident phone presence
- Strong active listening skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
- Comfort following structured processes and adjusting to various call flows
- Ability to work independently and stay focused in a remote environment
- Reliable internet, a quiet workspace, computer with webcam, and a wired headset
Bonus If You Have:
- Interest or experience in the automotive industry
- Spanish language skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Previous remote work experience
