Job Overview
This is a full-time remote position supporting day-to-day operations for a busy real estate team. The role requires someone who can manage communications, coordinate vendors, monitor schedules, and keep operations organized across multiple business functions. The ideal candidate will proactively manage tasks, follow up on action items, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks while the team lead focuses on client-facing activities.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage team email inbox daily, responding to inquiries and flagging urgent items requiring immediate attention.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors to obtain quotes, schedule work, and follow up on completion for client properties including inspections, repairs, and pre-listing preparations.
- Answer incoming phone calls from leads and clients, providing information and scheduling callback appointments with the team lead.
- Manage social media posting when transactions close or new listings go live across team platforms.
- Keep the team lead on schedule by providing appointment reminders and tracking daily priorities to maintain productivity.
- Prepare real estate offers and contracts as directed during active transactions.
- Handle administrative follow-up on open transactions and communications to ensure timely responses.
Must-Have Requirements
- Prior experience working in real estate operations, real estate administration, or property management.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and proactively track deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional client and vendor interactions.
Nice-to-Have Requirements
- Familiarity with real estate forms, contracts, and compliance requirements.
- Experience using Canva for social media content creation.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and real estate dialer platforms.
- Comfortable working with self-paced training materials and video tutorials for onboarding.

- This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
