Our client is seeking a proactive and well-rounded Residential Construction Digital Marketing Assistant to manage and support key digital marketing functions. This role plays an important part in streamlining existing marketing processes, maintaining brand presence, and reducing reliance on external agencies. Responsibilities Primary Responsibilities
- Support SEO and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) initiatives, including content optimization and performance tracking.
- Assist in managing and monitoring paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads and Meta Ads), including basic reporting.
- Perform website updates and improvements using WordPress.
Supporting Responsibilities
- Assist with monthly blog content creation and publishing.
- Manage social media posting and scheduling (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
- Support Google Business Profile management and review growth strategies.
- Assist in preparing and sending quarterly newsletters.
- Provide CRM support, including lead tracking and data management.
Requirements
- Experience: 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
- Technical Knowledge: Working knowledge of SEO/AEO, paid ads, website management, and social media.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Mindset: Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and improve processes.
- Organization: Highly organized with a results-driven approach.
- Industry Familiarity (Preferred): Experience in construction, architecture, or property marketing.
- Tool Proficiency (Preferred): Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and Canva.
