Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities
- Manage client and staff scheduling including appointments, meetings, and calendar coordination.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, clients, and internal teams via phone and other communication channels.
- Handle phone inquiries, scheduling, rescheduling appointments, and patient follow-ups.
- Conduct patient intakes and maintain accurate documentation of communications and appointments.
- Send invoices and follow up with clients as needed.
- Assist with internal reporting including tracking and organization of health-related tasks.
- Support project coordination and follow-up activities.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
Requirements Must-Have Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for client-facing interactions.
- Proven customer service background with experience handling patient or client communications.
- Understanding of healthcare systems and healthcare booking processes.
- Experience with client intake procedures and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-Have Requirements
- Familiarity with Canadian privacy compliance standards.
- Previous experience working in a healthcare receptionist or medical administrative role.
- Experience using VoIP systems or dialers such as Google Voice or RingCentral.
- Knowledge of medical billing or invoicing processes.

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
