Sales Representative/Lead Caller (Real Estate)

Job Description
You’ll be the driving force behind converting high-quality leads into signed leases for premium apartment rentals. This role puts you at the center of a fast-paced sales operation where your energy and closing skills directly impact company growth. You’ll leverage advanced AI technology and automated texting platforms while building relationships with prospective tenants through high-volume outreach and strategic follow-up.

Schedule:

  • 40 hours per week; Monday through Friday or Wednesday through Sunday schedule options available

  • Client Timezone: Pacific Time (California)

Responsibilities

  • Make 200+ outbound sales calls daily to qualified apartment rental leads
  • Close deals directly on calls or coordinate seamlessly with lead closure specialists
  • Utilize AI-powered texting platforms and automated response systems
  • Engage prospects using proven open-ended questioning techniques
  • Follow up on AI-generated text message responses from interested prospects
  • Cover maximum territory with strategic lead outreach and relationship building
  • Handle Spanish-speaking prospects when opportunities arise
  • Maintain high energy and enthusiasm throughout high-volume calling sessions

Requirements

  • Sales experience in any industry (real estate experience strongly preferred)
  • Energetic, engaging personality that shines through phone interactions
  • Proven ability to handle high call volume in fast-paced environments
  • Strong communication skills and natural phone presence
  • Commitment to full-time hours and consistent performance
  • Willingness to learn and master new AI technology platforms
  • Experience with sales role-playing and advanced questioning techniques
