Monday - Thursday 9:30 AM - 12:30 PM and 1:30 PM - 3:30 PM MST

Responsibilities
- Answer and manage incoming patient phone calls with professionalism, clarity, and exceptional communication skills.
- Handle payment collection processes and follow up on outstanding balances with patients.
- Review and verify completion of patient forms and documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate administrative tasks independently while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Utilize the practice's EHR system (Athena One) for patient documentation and workflow management.
Must-Have Requirements
- Proven experience as a medical receptionist or medical administrative assistant in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent phone communication skills with clear articulation and ability to engage in natural conversations beyond scripted responses.
- Strong attention to detail with ability to work independently and maintain high-quality work over time.
Nice-to-Have Requirements
- Experience using Athena One EHR system.
- Background working in concierge or boutique medical practice environments.

- This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
