You’ll play a crucial role in scaling a successful digital agency by taking ownership of lead generation research and business operations support. Client Overview:

Join a thriving 6-year-old digital agency specializing in websites and digital marketing for engineering and healthcare companies. This growing business is in an exciting scaling phase, aiming to double revenue over the next 1-2 years while expanding from project-based work to retainer clients.

 

 

Schedule:

  • Part-time (20 hours per week) with potential to scale to full-time (40 hours per week) within 2 months; asynchronous communication preferred due to timezone differences

  • Client Timezone: UK Time (London)

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify target companies in engineering and healthcare industries using Google searches and specific keyword strategies
  • Build and maintain comprehensive lead pipeline spreadsheets with detailed prospect information and qualification notes
  • Evaluate prospect websites against provided criteria to determine lead quality and business fit
  • Identify key decision makers (CEOs, Managing Directors) on LinkedIn for each qualified prospect
  • Develop website improvement roadmaps and provide accountability for completion of case studies and content updates
  • Create and update internal agency documentation including pitch decks and client onboarding guides
  • Provide proactive follow-up and push projects forward to ensure tasks stay on track
  • Support general agency organization and process improvement initiatives

 

Requirements

  • Strong research skills using Google and LinkedIn for prospect identification and qualification
  • Experience with spreadsheet management and organized data tracking
  • Proactive communication style with ability to provide accountability and follow-up
  • Familiarity with basic marketing concepts and website evaluation
  • Comfortable working with Google Workspace, ClickUp task management, and email systems
  • Bonus if you have experience supporting growing agencies or service-based businesses
  • It helps if you’re comfortable working independently and following detailed guidelines
