Customer Service Representative
Schedule: 40hours / week:
Phase 1: Training / Onboarding (First 30–45 Days) (Hawaii Time HST)
- Days: Monday – Friday
- Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM HST * Total: 40 hours/week (Standard 8-hour days assuming a 1-hour meal break)
Phase 2: Long-Term Split Schedule (After 30–45 Days) (Hawaii Time HST)
- Monday – Friday
- 8:00 PM – 12:00 AM
- 2:00 AM – 6:00 AM
- Saturday & Sunday
- 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- 8:00 PM – 12:00 AM
- 2:00 AM – 6:00 AM
How the 40 Hours Work in Phase 2: The total available coverage time across the week is 70 hours. The new VA will be assigned a combination of these weekday and weekend blocks to total exactly 40 hours per week, leaving the remaining blocks for the other existing VA.

Scope:
- Primary customer-facing role during business hours. During training. This will change to evenings or weekends after January 1st.
- Will report directly to Lead Admin Customer Support
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls from property owners and homeowners association members
- Perform administrative tasks including filing documents and maintaining records
- Guide property owners through the company’s web portal and software systems
- Take detailed notes on customer accounts based on owner calls and requests
- Assist customers with password resets and basic technical support
- Type first drafts of notices, e-blasts, and other customer communications
- Help with initial setup of software system through manual plugins and configuration
Requirements
- At least 3 years of recent customer service experience
- Experience working with property owners and with emotionally sensitive customers
- Excellent typing skills and written communication abilities
- Basic business acumen for formatting professional notices and communications
- Strong ability to handle stressed or emotional customers with empathy and professionalism situations
- Proficiency with web-based software systems and portals

- This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
