Client Overview:
A rapidly growing non-emergency medical transportation company that’s scaled from a 2-person startup to managing a fleet of 4-5 vehicles and 6+ drivers in less than a year. They serve premium clients across the Palm Springs area and are actively expanding their operations to meet increasing demand.
Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Pacific with a 30-minute paid break

Responsibilities:
- Handle high-volume incoming customer calls and process transportation requests efficiently
- Input and manage dispatch orders using the company’s specialized dispatching software
- Coordinate complex fleet scheduling across multiple vehicle types and service durations
- Navigate time-sensitive scheduling conflicts with critical thinking and quick decision-making
- Monitor real-time vehicle availability and optimize driver assignments
- Manage multiple simultaneous calls during peak periods (3-4 concurrent requests)
- Maintain clear communication with drivers and customers throughout service delivery
- Ensure accurate routing and timing for various types of medical transportation requests
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication skills for professional customer interaction
- Tech-savvy with ability to quickly master new software systems
- Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking under pressure
- Experience or natural aptitude for logistics coordination and time management
- Ability to multitask effectively during high-volume call periods
- Quick decision-making skills for complex scheduling scenarios
- Bonus if you have fleet management or dispatch experience
