You’ll transform a successful beauty business’s social media presence from scattered posting into a strategic, results-driven marketing engine. This role offers the unique opportunity to shape the digital strategy for a business in transition, helping establish their authority in aesthetics while supporting their expansion into education and online course development. You’ll work directly with a passionate business owner who values expertise and is ready to invest in professional social media management. 

Client Overview:

An established beauty and aesthetics business with over 12 years of industry expertise, recently expanded into a dedicated shop space with ambitious growth plans. The business is strategically pivoting from traditional beauty services toward advanced aesthetics treatments while developing educational offerings including teaching services and online courses.

 

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 4 hours a day flexible within UK business hours

  • Client Timezone: UK Time (United Kingdom)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align with business goals and aesthetic industry trends
  • Create engaging, purposeful content that showcases treatments, builds trust, and attracts ideal clients
  • Manage daily social media activities including posting, engagement, and community building across platforms
  • Handle customer inquiries and messages using professional templates and brand voice guidelines
  • Analyze performance metrics and optimize content strategy based on data insights
  • Support marketing initiatives for future online courses and educational content
  • Establish consistent brand presence that positions the business as an aesthetics authority
  • Collaborate on content planning for teaching services and educational offerings

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing social media for service-based businesses, preferably in beauty, wellness, or aesthetics
  • Strong content creation skills with ability to develop strategic posting schedules
  • Experience with social media analytics and performance optimization
  • Excellent written communication skills for customer engagement and brand messaging
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining regular communication with business owner
  • Bonus if you have experience with online course marketing or educational content
  • It helps if you understand the beauty/aesthetics industry and client journey
