Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the voice of our premium electric car rental service, ensuring our discerning clientele experience unparalleled satisfaction. You’ll handle diverse inquiries, resolve issues creatively, and provide detailed information about our exclusive vehicle offerings. Your role is crucial in maintaining our reputation for excellence and contributing to our expansion across new cities. Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday 9am-6pm CST with 1 hour paid break

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone and email with enthusiasm and professionalism
  • Swiftly resolve customer concerns, turning potential issues into opportunities for customer delight
  • Share your expertise on our premium electric vehicle fleet, helping customers make informed decisions
  • Assist with booking modifications and cancellation, ensuring a smooth experience for our clients
  • Collaborate across departments to deliver comprehensive solutions and exceed customer expectations
  • Adapt to the dynamic needs of a growing business, including potential night shifts and weekend work

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to convey information clearly and engagingly
  • Strong customer service background, preferably in a luxury or high-end service industry - transportation or logistics preferred
  • Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Creative problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Flexibility to work in a 247 operational environment, including potential night shifts
  • Passion for electric vehicles and the luxury car rental industry
  • Adaptability to handle customer interactions across multiple cities and new locations

  • This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
