Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume cold calling using triple dialer systems to generate leads and book appointments
- Manage CRM system and ensure consistent follow-up with all prospects and clients
- Post social media content across platforms using materials created by the marketing department
- Upload property photos, videos, and marketing materials to Multiple Listing Service (MLS)
- Manage property websites and ensure all listing information is current and accurate
- Handle email management and send communications on behalf of the agent
- Coordinate community events including logistics, vendor coordination, and setup
- Maintain organized lead lists and contact databases
- Provide comprehensive administrative support with full system access
Requirements:
- You bring excellent English communication skills (critical for phone-based outreach).
- Previous sales experience is a must, with real estate or related industries preferred.
- You’re organized, detail-oriented, and proficient with CRM systems and basic computer applications.
- You work independently, take initiative, and have a professional phone presence with strong interpersonal skills.
- Bonus if you have experience with triple dialer systems like Mojo dialer or property management platforms.
