Our client is looking for a dedicated professional to take ownership of the entire podcast production process, transforming raw recordings into polished, engaging content that drives real business results. This role offers the perfect blend of creative freedom and meaningful impact – you’ll be creating content that genuinely helps people while working with a supportive, neurodivergent-friendly team. You’ll start with podcast editing and gradually expand into broader social media management as the role evolves.

Client Overview

A well-established neurodivergent support organization that’s been making a difference for nearly a decade. They provide life-changing coaching, advocacy, and training services to help people understand their neurodivergent profiles. The company is entering an exciting growth phase and launching a new podcast to drive awareness and expand their impact.

Schedule

  • Monday-Friday, GMT (20 work hours per week) with potential to expand; some availability during UK business hours for team communication.

Responsibilities

  • Transform raw podcast recordings from Riverside platform into polished, professional episodes
  • Create engaging clips and snippets from podcast content for social media promotion
  • Manage complete posting workflow across YouTube and various social media platforms
  • Develop and execute social media content strategy beyond podcast materials
  • Maintain consistent content delivery schedule (target: 1 podcast per week)
  • Collaborate with leadership during initial setup to understand brand voice and preferences
  • Gradually take on broader social media management and content creation responsibilities
  • Work independently with minimal supervision once processes are established

Requirements

  • Proven experience in podcast editing and audio production
  • Strong social media content creation and management skills
  • Excellent communication abilities and self-motivated work style
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal micromanagement
  • Personable and comfortable working with neurodivergent team members
  • Experience posting content across multiple platforms
  • Flexibility for occasional communication during UK hours
