Schedule: Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM EST (20 hrs/week). On days with occasional evening client meetings (7:00 PM – 8:30 PM EST), shift adjusts to 4:30 PM – 8:30 PM EST. Evening meetings may be more frequent during client onboarding periods and will return to the standard schedule thereafter.

 

Content Strategy & Production Plan and manage monthly content calendars. Create SEO/AEO-optimized written content and visual assets. Maintain a systematic workflow for publishing and performance tracking.

AI Tools & Continuous Learning Use AI tools as a core part of the content workflow. Stay current with emerging tools and apply founder feedback to continuously improve output and process.

Website Maintenance Keep client websites updated with fresh content, landing pages, and basic SEO hygiene in sync with active campaigns.

Referral Marketing & Community Outreach Design referral marketing systems for clients. Develop and execute community outreach plans, and support event and webinar planning and coordination.

Reporting & Tracking Set up tracking systems for referral programs and campaign performance. Prepare monthly reports on key metrics and pipeline activity.

Strategic Collaboration Join strategy discussions with the founder and software team. Contribute to process optimization and operational improvement.

Training & Growth Complete onboarding on business processes and tools. This role is built to grow — strong performance leads to expanded responsibilities in admin and operations.
