Job Description

You’ll take ownership of digital advertising strategy for a successful beauty business that’s ready to amplify their growth through strategic marketing. This is a unique opportunity to build and optimize campaigns for a business that’s thrived on word-of-mouth alone and now wants to scale systematically. You’ll work as part of a two-person growth team, collaborating closely with an appointment setter to create a seamless lead-to-booking funnel.

Schedule: 20 hours per week, flexible during business hours

Responsibilities:

  • Design, test, and optimize Google Ads campaigns targeting nail salon services and beauty treatments
  • Manage and scale Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising campaigns with focus on local Sydney market
  • Create and refine advertising funnels that drive qualified leads to landing pages and social media conversations
  • Generate high-quality leads from multiple digital channels to support 8-9 additional daily appointment capacity
  • Analyze campaign performance and continuously adjust strategies to improve cost per acquisition
  • Implement code word strategies and lead capture mechanisms for seamless handoff to appointment setter
  • Monitor advertising ROI and provide detailed reporting on lead generation metrics and campaign performance
  • Collaborate with appointment setter to ensure lead quality meets conversion expectations
  • Test different creative approaches, audiences, and messaging to maximize campaign effectiveness
  • Manage advertising budgets effectively while scaling successful campaigns for maximum impact

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta advertising campaigns with demonstrated results
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to optimize campaigns for cost per acquisition and ROI
  • Experience with lead generation campaigns and conversion funnel optimization
  • Knowledge of beauty, wellness, or service industry advertising strategies and compliance requirements
  • Familiarity with landing page optimization, conversion tracking, and attribution modeling
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with appointment setting team member
  • Experience with Australian market advertising regulations, cultural nuances, and local targeting
  • Bonus if you have experience with service-based business advertising or appointment-driven industries
  • It helps if you understand customer lifetime value calculations and retention marketing strategies

  • This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement.
