Responsibilities
- Creative Design: Create compelling graphics for promotional campaigns, giveaways, and marketing materials using Canva; develop professional PowerPoint presentations for business development.
- Strategy & Research: Research and implement social media trends across event, catering, hospitality, and health industries.
- Content Management: Manage content calendars and maintain consistent posting schedules across multiple business accounts.
- Engagement & Automation: Handle community engagement (DMs, comments, inquiries) and set up/manage AI chatbots and automated response systems for lead capture.
- Production Support: Create detailed shot lists and creative briefs for photographers and marketing teams.
- Partnerships & Reputation: Conduct influencer outreach and build strategic partnerships; solicit and manage customer reviews and testimonials.
- Executive Support: Provide urgent project support with same-day turnaround capabilities via phone and WhatsApp communication.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media marketing with a portfolio demonstrating graphic design and content creation skills.
- Proficiency in Canva, PowerPoint, and major social media scheduling platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media trends across event planning, hospitality, catering, and health industries.
- Experience with community management, customer engagement, and automated response systems.
- Excellent written communication skills for captions and professional correspondence.
- Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously while maintaining a distinct voice and aesthetic for each.
Qualifications
- Experience with influencer partnerships and brand collaboration strategies (Preferred).
- Familiarity with event industry terminology, luxury hospitality standards, or health/wellness marketing (Preferred).
- Experience with chatbot setup, lead generation funnels, or marketing automation tools (Preferred).
