Job Description:

You’ll play a crucial role in driving sales growth by connecting with potential clients and scheduling qualified appointments for the sales team to close deals. Client Overview:

Join a growing AI technology company that’s scaling their sales operations with a robust CRM full of warm contacts. They’re expanding their outreach efforts and need skilled appointment setters to help drive their sales pipeline in the competitive AI services market. 

Schedule:

• 20 hours per week, flexible during client business hours 9am to 4pm
• Client Timezone: EST

Responsibilities:

• Conduct strategic cold calling campaigns to generate new business opportunities
• Set qualified appointments for the sales team to close deals
• Work with existing warm contacts in the company’s CRM system
• Perform targeted outreach activities to potential prospects
• Schedule and coordinate appointments between prospects and sales team members
• Maintain accurate records of all outreach activities and results
• Follow up with prospects to ensure appointment attendance
• Collaborate with sales team to optimize appointment quality and conversion rates

Requirements:

• Previous experience in appointment setting and cold calling
• Experience working with US-based companies and clients
• Strong communication skills for phone-based outreach
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Bonus if you have familiarity with CRM systems and phone system integration
• It helps if you have experience in B2B sales environments
