The client is an established creative agency specializing in branding, digital marketing, and property-sector marketing with a 15-year track record serving estate agents, property developers, and independent financial advisors across the UK and international markets.

This role exists to elevate the strategic execution and performance of paid social media campaigns across multiple client accounts, moving beyond basic ad placement to implement data-driven targeting, creative testing, and proactive optimization.

Role Overview

You will serve as the strategic engine behind paid Meta advertising campaigns (Facebook and Instagram) for approximately 10 active property-sector client accounts. This isn't about simply scheduling static ads—you will be expected to diagnose what's working and what isn't, propose A/B testing frameworks, refine audience targeting for high-value segments (including international luxury property buyers), and deliver insightful performance reports that demonstrate genuine ROI.

You'll collaborate closely with an in-house creative team who will provide visual assets, but you will own the strategy, campaign structure, budget allocation, and ongoing optimization. The client values independence and proactive communication: you should be comfortable presenting recommendations, identifying missed opportunities, and implementing best practices without waiting for detailed instructions.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end campaign management for Meta paid ads (Facebook and Instagram) across approximately 10 client accounts in the property industry, including estate agents and luxury property developers
  • Develop and execute targeted paid social strategies to promote both client services (agent/brand awareness) and specific properties (lead generation for high-value transactions)
  • Design and implement A/B testing frameworks for ad creatives, copy, audience segments, and placements to improve engagement, link clicks, and conversions
  • Configure advanced audience targeting, including geographic segmentation for international markets (e.g., Middle East luxury property buyers in Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, prime central London)
  • Proactively analyze campaign performance on a weekly basis and provide detailed, client-ready reports that clearly explain results, insights, and recommended next steps
  • Recommend and execute campaign optimizations and strategic pivots without waiting for instruction; take ownership of results
  • Collaborate with in-house graphic designers and copywriters to provide feedback on ad creatives from a performance and platform-best-practice perspective
  • Manage Meta Business Manager across multiple client accounts, ensuring proper pixel implementation, conversion tracking, and compliance with platform policies
  • Maintain consistent posting schedules and budget pacing across all active campaigns
  • Communicate directly with the agency director via video calls, screen sharing, Slack, and other collaboration tools to align on strategy and report progress

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), with a strong portfolio demonstrating measurable results
  • Proven ability to independently develop campaign strategies, audience segmentation, and creative testing plans without requiring step-by-step direction
  • Deep working knowledge of Meta Business Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, audience targeting, custom audiences, lookalike audiences, pixel setup, and conversion tracking
  • Demonstrated experience running campaigns with defined budgets and reporting on cost-per-click, cost-per-lead, link clicks, reach, engagement, and ROI
  • Strong analytical skills: ability to interpret campaign data, identify trends, diagnose underperformance, and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Experience working with service-based businesses or B2C campaigns (property, real estate, financial services, or luxury goods experience highly preferred)
  • Familiarity with geographic and demographic targeting for international audiences
  • Ability to clearly communicate campaign performance, strategy recommendations, and optimization plans in writing and via video to non-technical stakeholders
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment while maintaining regular communication and accountability with the client team
  • Willingness to collaborate with creative teams and provide constructive feedback on ad visuals and copy from a performance-driven perspective
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and dedicated workspace to support full-time remote work during UK business hours
