Client Overview
Our client is a growing commercial cleaning company serving professional offices, medical facilities, and dental practices throughout Central Indiana. The business has built strong relationships with healthcare providers and maintains a comprehensive prospect database. With expansion plans underway, they are looking to scale their lead generation efforts while maintaining their reputation for quality service.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, flexible during EST business hours (20 hours per week)

Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calls to dental offices, medical offices, and professional businesses in Central Indiana
- Identify prospects with commercial cleaning needs through effective discovery conversations
- Schedule appointments for the business owner to conduct in-person sales consultations
- Maintain and work through an existing database of medical and dental offices
- Follow up with prospects to confirm appointments and nurture the sales pipeline
- Track and report on calling activity and appointment-setting metrics
- Build relationships with office managers and key decision-makers
- Potentially expand into a phone-based sales role as skills and confidence develop
Requirements
- Previous experience in cold calling and appointment setting
- Strong communication skills with a professional phone presence
- Ability to identify prospect needs and qualify opportunities effectively
- Reliable internet connection and dedicated home office setup
- Goal-oriented mindset with resilience in handling rejection
- Bonus if you have experience in healthcare or professional services outreach
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead tracking tools is a plus

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
