Cold Caller / Lead Generation Specialist

Overview:

Our client is a real estate investment company seeking two Cold Callers/Lead Generation Specialists to support their property acquisition efforts. The role focuses on contacting property sellers to generate off-market property leads and setting appointments for the acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, qualifying leads, and nurturing prospects through systematic follow-ups.

Schedule:

  • Tuesday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1-hour unpaid break) | Mountain Standard Time (Colorado)

Responsibilities

  • Conduct cold calls to property sellers using provided lists to generate leads for off-market properties
  • Qualify leads and complete intake forms with seller information for interested prospects
  • Schedule appointments between qualified sellers and the acquisition team
  • Nurture leads through consistent follow-up calls and relationship building
  • Update and maintain lead status in the company's CRM system (GoHighLevel dialer)
  • Track call outcomes and categorize leads appropriately (interested, not interested, follow-up needed, appointment scheduled)
  • Manage daily calling activities and maintain organized records of all interactions

Requirements

  • Proven experience in cold calling, lead generation, or appointment setting (real estate experience preferred but not required)
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional and persuasive phone manner
  • Ability to handle objections and maintain persistence in a sales-oriented environment
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and lead tracking
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and dialers (GoHighLevel experience is a plus)
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet daily calling targets
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace for making calls
  • Ability to follow scripts and processes while adapting communication style to different prospects
  • Comfortable with repetitive tasks and maintaining consistency in outreach efforts

  • This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits. Professional hourly fees are established based on your performance in the application process.
