Role Overview:
We are looking for a creative, social-media-savvy professional to become the "voice" of our brand. This role is perfect for a content powerhouse who understands the beauty/B2B industry and knows how to "recycle" one great idea into a multi-channel marketing machine (Social, Blog, Email, and Podcast).
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday, Flexible within 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
- 20 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Mastery: Create, edit, and post high-quality content (Reels, Carousels, Stories) across IG, FB, and TikTok using native platform tools.
- Community Engagement: Proactively engage with followers and respond to all comments/questions to maintain a vibrant brand presence.
- Content Writing: Research and write one blog article every 2 weeks and post it to the website.
- Podcast Support: Create engaging podcast images, catchy titles, and SEO-friendly descriptions based on blog topics.
- Email Marketing: Design and send 2 weekly newsletters (using the Sender platform) to our database.
Technical Requirements & Tools:
- Canva Proficiency: Must be an expert in creating high-end, brand-consistent visuals.
- AI Integration: Familiarity with ChatGPT, Claude, and/or Gemini is necessary. You should know how to use effective prompting to streamline content creation and brainstorming.
- Social Platforms: Deep understanding of the native features of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Email Marketing: Experience with major email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo). Experience with Sender is a plus, but not required (training provided).
- Website CMS: Basic knowledge of Wix for posting blogs is a significant asset.
Qualifications:
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing social media management, short-form video (Reels/TikTok), and graphic design work is mandatory. APPLICATIONS WITH PORTFOLIOS WILL BE PRIORITIZED
- Experience: Proven track record in social media management, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or B2B space.
- Copywriting: Excellent English writing skills for blogs, newsletters, and captions.
- Reliability: High attention to detail and the ability to work independently within Eastern Time hours.

- This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits. Professional hourly fees are established based on your performance in the application process.
