About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist (YouTube) to manage, grow, and optimize our YouTube channel. This role focuses on content publishing, audience engagement, performance tracking, and channel growth through data-driven strategies and best practices.

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM EST Philadelphia

Key Responsibilities

YouTube Channel Management

• Upload, publish, and optimize YouTube videos (titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails)
• Schedule content and ensure consistency with the posting calendar
• Manage playlists and organize video libraries

Audience Growth & Engagement

• Monitor and respond to comments
• Engage with subscribers to build community
• Identify trending topics and content opportunities

SEO & Optimization

• Conduct keyword research for YouTube SEO
• Optimize metadata to increase visibility and watch time
• Improve click-through rate (CTR) through titles and thumbnails

Analytics & Reporting

• Track performance using YouTube Analytics
• Provide weekly reports on views, subscribers, CTR, and watch time
• Recommend improvements based on performance data

Collaboration & Content Support

• Work with editors and content creators to ensure videos are formatted correctly
• Suggest content ideas based on trends and audience behavior

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience managing YouTube channels. APPLICATIONS WITH PORTFOLIOS WILL BE PRIORITIZED
• Strong understanding of YouTube SEO and analytics
• Experience creating or optimizing titles, descriptions, and thumbnails
• Excellent written English
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
