A rapidly growing fashion brand that’s already secured placement in 52 boutique stores across Chicago and is ready to scale into major department store chains. They specialize in premium clothing that meets the quality standards of retailers like Macy’s, Saks, and Nordstrom, with an established manufacturing operation and all sales materials ready to go.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct outreach to retail buyers and decision makers at department stores and larger retail chains
- Present line sheets and product samples to potential retail partners during strategic sales meetings
- Build and nurture relationships with store buyers, merchandisers, and purchasing teams
- Negotiate placement terms and close deals for retail partnerships across multiple store locations
- Focus morning hours on optimal store outreach when buyers are most accessible
- Leverage existing industry connections and introductions to accelerate partnership development
- Collaborate with the brand owner to refine sales approach and expand into new retail segments
- Track and report on sales pipeline, conversion rates, and partnership progress
Requirements:
- Proven B2B sales experience with demonstrated ability to close deals and build relationships
- Strong communication and presentation skills for engaging retail buyers and decision makers
- Self-motivated approach with ability to work independently in a remote, part-time capacity
- Understanding of retail buying processes, store operations, and merchandising cycles
- Commission-driven mindset with enthusiasm for performance-based earning potential
- Bonus if you have fashion or apparel industry experience
