Job Description:

You’ll own the technical development of a groundbreaking life insurance application from concept to launch. This isn’t just another development role – you’re building a platform that will directly impact how insurance agents track and optimize their sales performance. Working closely with the founder, you’ll have the creative freedom to architect solutions while contributing to various business operations that keep a growing company moving forward.

 

Responsibilities:

• Build and develop a comprehensive website and mobile application for life insurance profit tracking
• Implement secure payment processing functionality within the platform
• Leverage ChatGPT and AI tools to accelerate development and problem-solving
• Manage technical aspects of team onboarding processes through Google Drive systems
• Execute social media marketing campaigns on Facebook and Instagram platforms
• Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns across social channels
• Participate in daily strategy sessions to align on priorities and progress
• Provide general technical support across various business operations
• Collaborate on scaling initiatives as the platform grows and evolves

 

Requirements:

• Proficiency with modern web development technologies and frameworks
• Experience building websites and/or mobile applications
• Strong self-directed learning abilities and problem-solving mindset
• Excellent communication skills for daily collaboration and reporting
• Bonus if you have experience with payment processing systems or fintech applications
• It helps if you have background in social media marketing and paid advertising
• Bonus if you’ve worked in software company environments, especially with SaaS platforms
