You’ll be the voice that connects potential clients with real estate opportunities, working within a well-established framework that removes guesswork from your day. This isn’t about cold calling into the void – you’ll have proven scripts, qualified lead lists, and a sophisticated dialer system at your fingertips. Client Overview:

Join an established real estate brokerage where lead generation drives business growth. This principal broker has built a comprehensive infrastructure with proven systems, scripts, and technology to set you up for success. You’ll be stepping into a critical role that directly impacts the business pipeline and revenue generation.

Schedule:

  • 20 hours per week; 11 AM to 3 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday
  • Client Timezone: Eastern Time (US) - Washington

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct targeted cold calling to pre-qualified real estate prospects using provided lead lists
  • Execute appointment setting for the principal broker using proven scripts and processes
  • Manage follow-up sequences with leads and prospects to maintain pipeline momentum
  • Utilize the established Vulcan Seven dialer system for efficient call management
  • Track and report on calling activity, appointments set, and conversion metrics
  • Maintain consistent daily calling activity during scheduled hours
  • Adapt calling approach based on prospect responses while following established guidelines

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in cold calling, with real estate industry experience strongly preferred
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and professional phone presence
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting performance targets
  • Comfortable using dialer systems, CRM tools, and basic technology platforms
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection for seamless remote work
  • Available to work consistently during 11 AM to 3 PM Eastern Time window
  • Bonus if you have experience with appointment setting or lead qualification
  • It helps if you’re familiar with real estate terminology and market dynamics
