About the Role
We're looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to manage and grow our online presence. This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for branding, visual consistency, and clear communication, who enjoys working independently and taking ownership of digital channels.
You’ll be responsible for maintaining our social media platforms, supporting brand-aligned content creation, and assisting with website updates and broader digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is organised, creative, reliable, and confident working in a remote, flexible environment.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Manage and maintain Kaizen Projects’ social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
- Create, schedule, and publish content consistently
- Assist with captions, hashtags, basic engagement, and inbox monitoring
- Ensure brand tone, visuals, and messaging remain consistent across all platforms
Branding & Content Support
- Ensure all content aligns with Kaizen Projects’ brand identity and guidelines
- Create basic graphics and social assets using Canva
- Organise and maintain brand assets, including logos, templates, and content folders
Website & Digital Presence
- Update and maintain the company website using Squarespace
- Upload blog posts, announcements, and general content updates
- Ensure consistent branding across the website and all digital touchpoints
General Digital & Marketing Support
- Assist with marketing collateral such as presentations, proposals, PDFs, and digital documents
- Coordinate content calendars and support marketing campaigns
- Provide ongoing support for branding and digital initiatives as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for businesses or brands
- Strong written English and excellent attention to detail
- Experience using tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, social scheduling tools, and basic CMS platforms
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines
- Background or interest in property, real estate, construction, or professional services is an advantage
- Experience or strong interest in branding and graphic design
