Digital Marketing Coordinator - Social Media

About the Role

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to manage and grow our online presence. This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for branding, visual consistency, and clear communication, who enjoys working independently and taking ownership of digital channels.

You’ll be responsible for maintaining our social media platforms, supporting brand-aligned content creation, and assisting with website updates and broader digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is organised, creative, reliable, and confident working in a remote, flexible environment.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  • Manage and maintain Kaizen Projects’ social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
  • Create, schedule, and publish content consistently
  • Assist with captions, hashtags, basic engagement, and inbox monitoring
  • Ensure brand tone, visuals, and messaging remain consistent across all platforms

Branding & Content Support

  • Ensure all content aligns with Kaizen Projects’ brand identity and guidelines
  • Create basic graphics and social assets using Canva
  • Organise and maintain brand assets, including logos, templates, and content folders

Website & Digital Presence

  • Update and maintain the company website using Squarespace
  • Upload blog posts, announcements, and general content updates
  • Ensure consistent branding across the website and all digital touchpoints

General Digital & Marketing Support

  • Assist with marketing collateral such as presentations, proposals, PDFs, and digital documents
  • Coordinate content calendars and support marketing campaigns
  • Provide ongoing support for branding and digital initiatives as needed

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing social media accounts for businesses or brands
  • Strong written English and excellent attention to detail
  • Experience using tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, social scheduling tools, and basic CMS platforms
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines
  • Background or interest in property, real estate, construction, or professional services is an advantage
  • Experience or strong interest in branding and graphic design
