Job Description: 

You’ll own the complete paid advertising strategy for a growing e-commerce brand that’s making waves in the home accessories market. This isn’t just another marketing role – you’ll be the architect of growth, working directly with the founder to build campaigns that drive real revenue. You’ll have the creative freedom to test, optimize, and scale across multiple platforms while being part of a business that’s expanding internationally. Responsibilities:

  • Own and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic and maximize conversions
  • Create and execute Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising strategies that resonate with target audiences
  • Develop and manage Pinterest advertising campaigns to capture high-intent shoppers
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights through regular reporting
  • Collaborate directly with the founder on marketing strategy and growth initiatives
  • Optimize ad spend and improve return on advertising investment across all platforms
  • Test new creative approaches and audience segments to scale successful campaigns
  • Support international expansion efforts as the business grows into European markets

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid advertising
  • Proven track record managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Pinterest advertising platforms
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data to drive decisions
  • Portfolio demonstrating successful paid advertising campaigns and measurable results
  • Excellent English communication skills for direct collaboration with leadership
  • Bonus if you have experience in e-commerce, retail, or home goods industries
  • It helps if you’re comfortable working independently and taking ownership of results
