Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled UI/UX Designer to lead the creation of intuitive, visually compelling website experiences. This role focuses on designing user-centered interfaces, presenting concepts to clients, and collaborating closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation.

The ideal candidate is a senior-level designer who combines strong creative ability with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of user experience principles. You will play a key role in shaping digital products from concept to launch while ensuring designs align with client goals and user needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Create UI and UX website concepts using the Figma design platform

• Develop wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs for web projects

• Present design concepts to clients and clearly explain design decisions

• Gather client feedback and manage design revisions based on requirements

• Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure designs are feasible and accurately implemented

• Apply UX best practices to improve usability, accessibility, and overall user experience

• Maintain consistency across layouts, components, and visual styles

• Ensure designs align with project goals, branding guidelines, and user needs

• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards

Requirements

• Experience in UI/UX design

• Strong proficiency in Figma

• Proven experience designing websites and user-centered interfaces (APPLICATIONS WITH PORTFOLIOS WILL BE PRIORITIZED)

• Excellent presentation and communication skills for client-facing interactions

• Solid understanding of UX principles, usability standards, and responsive design

• Ability to incorporate client feedback and iterate on designs effectively

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
