UX / UI Designer

Job Highlights:

Contract: Independent Contractor
Work Schedule: 40 hours per week; Monday to Friday 9 AM to 6 PM UK

Client Overview:

The client some small businesses which have administrative tasks like processing paperwork and receipts. He has a commercial website he would like help improving and managing.

Role Overview:

This role is centered on performance rather than pure aesthetics, requiring you to collaborate with our developer to create clear, intuitive, and conversion-driven interfaces across websites, landing pages, funnels, and digital products, with every design decision guided by user needs and measurable outcomes.

What You’ll Actually Do

UX & UI Design

Design landing pages, web pages, funnels, and user flows
Improve clarity, hierarchy, and ease of use
Think in terms of user journeys, not just screens

Collaboration with Development

Work closely with our coder to ensure designs are buildable
Provide clean assets, layouts, and guidance — not vague concepts
Iterate based on real feedback and performance data

Optimization & Conversion

Make design changes based on behavior, not opinions
Understand how UX impacts trust, engagement, and conversion
Support A/B testing and optimization work

CRM & Platform Awareness

Comfortable designing for GoHighLevel funnels, forms, and pages
Understand how UX fits into CRM workflows and automation
Willing to support wider team needs when required
