Role Overview

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and growing the Company’s presence on Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. This includes creating engaging graphics and content for all divisions, planning and executing an annual social media strategy, and collaborating with the web design, tech, and SEO teams to ensure alignment across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a structured annual social media plan aligned with company goals.
Create high-quality, visually appealing graphics and content for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn using Canva.
Coordinate with web designers, tech, and SEO teams to support cross-functional initiatives.
Stay up-to-date with platform algorithms and best practices; be proactive and reactive to new trends and opportunities.
Manage posting schedules, monitor engagement, and adjust strategy as needed.
Track performance metrics and report on growth, engagement, and campaign success.
Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all social platforms.

Requirements

Proven experience managing social media for a multi-division organization.
Strong graphic design skills, with Canva as the main tool.
Ability to plan strategically and execute tactically.
Knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn algorithms and trends.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable.
