Role Overview
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Social Media & YouTube Content Manager to support the day-to-day publishing, optimization, and monitoring of content across YouTube and Instagram. This role focuses on execution, consistency, and platform optimization to help grow reach and engagement using existing content.

Main Responsibilities

• Post and schedule content on YouTube and Instagram

• Upload YouTube videos and optimize titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails

• Apply basic YouTube SEO strategies to improve visibility, reach, and engagement

• Post daily Instagram Stories using provided content and update highlights (optional)

• Engage with content by liking, pinning, and responding to comments to maintain account activity

• Monitor notifications, flag important issues, and track basic performance metrics (e.g., views, watch time, reach, engagement)
  

Out of Scope

• Filming or video editing

• Creating workout or fitness programs

• Paid advertising management

• Sales, lead handling, or direct message (DM) sales conversations

Requirements

• Proven experience managing YouTube channels and social media accounts (APPLICATIONS WITH PORTFOLIOS WILL BE PRIORITIZED)

• Strong understanding of YouTube optimization, including keywords, thumbnails, and posting schedules

• High proficiency in English with strong attention to detail

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to follow established workflows

• Reliable and responsive, with availability to check platforms multiple times per day
