Job Summary:

We are seeking a Player Engagement Specialist to reconnect with an existing database of players and encourage them to re-engage with our platform. This role focuses on warm outreach, relationship-building, and community engagement rather than hard sales.

You will contact approximately 5,000 existing players, share updates or promotions, and invite them to visit and engage with the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact existing players via phone, email, chat, or messaging platforms
• Reintroduce the platform and communicate current updates or offers
• Invite players to visit or re-engage
• Build positive relationships and maintain a professional tone
• Track outreach activities and update the database or CRM

Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in customer engagement, community outreach, or customer support
• Comfortable communicating with customers via phone and digital channels
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
