Senior Digital Marketing Specialist (GoHighLevel)

Schedule:

  • 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm AEST (Brisbane), with 30 minutes paid break

Role Overview:

The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing and maintaining the client’s day-to-day marketing systems. This role focuses on implementation, coordination, and upkeep of marketing activities to ensure consistent brand visibility, reliable lead generation, and accurate CRM management.

This is a hands-on execution role. Marketing strategy, positioning, budgets, and messaging direction are provided by the business owner. The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist is expected to work autonomously, follow established processes, and deliver high-quality output with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Management

  • Convert ideas, notes, voice messages, and raw videos from the Director into polished marketing content
  • Create social media posts, captions, short-form videos, blog content, and email copy
  • Maintain a rolling content calendar with assets prepared in advance
  • Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form formats
  • Ensure tone, terminology, and messaging align with QLD/NSW markets and high-end residential building clients
  • Upload and schedule content for review and publication

Social Media Management

  • Schedule and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, Google Business Profile, and YouTube (basic management)
  • Upload Reels, Stories, Shorts, and standard posts as required
  • Maintain brand consistency across visuals, tone, and messaging
  • Respond to inbox messages and comments in line with provided guidelines
  • Monitor engagement and flag issues or opportunities when identified

Paid Advertising Execution

  • Build, launch, and manage campaigns under pre-approved strategies and budgets
  • Manage Meta Lead Ads, Google Search campaigns, and YouTube awareness/remarketing campaigns
  • Monitor campaign performance, spend, and delivery
  • Refresh ad creative, copy, and audiences as requested
  • Ensure all leads are correctly captured and delivered to the CRM
  • Escalate underperforming campaigns for review

CRM Management

  • Build and maintain pipelines, tags, automations, and follow-up workflows
  • Ensure leads from all sources are captured accurately and consistently
  • Assign leads and trigger follow-up actions based on existing processes
  • Conduct regular CRM clean-ups and audits to maintain data accuracy
  • Generate lead and pipeline activity reports

Reporting & Communication

  • Prepare and submit structured weekly and monthly marketing reports
  • Track content activity, lead generation, paid advertising performance, and CRM health
  • Proactively communicate issues, risks, or system failures as they arise
  • Maintain clear, professional communication with the Director

Required Skills & Experience:

Essential:

  • Proven experience in a senior-level marketing execution role
  • Strong hands-on experience with Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, and YouTube Studio
  • CRM management experience (GoHighLevel preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience creating and executing content across social platforms
  • Advanced proficiency in Canva and CapCut
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Strong understanding of high-end service-based or residential construction businesses
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
