Job Overview: You’ll be the backbone of our insurance agent recruitment operations, directly supporting new agents through their journey while helping scale our growing business. This role offers the opportunity to work with an experienced business owner who understands the value of remote talent and provides clear direction and growth opportunities. You’ll play a crucial role in helping new insurance professionals succeed while supporting critical business operations.
Responsibilities:
- Support recruitment of new insurance agents through follow-up communications and outreach
- Send targeted group text messages to prospects and current agents
- Guide new agents through the licensing process with detailed support
- Handle carrier-related issues by calling insurance companies for application support
- Provide weekend coverage to respond to leads generated from paid advertising campaigns
- Assist with general administrative tasks to support business operations
- Post pre-created content to social media platforms from an organized content library
- Maintain professional communication with insurance carriers and prospects
- Follow established processes and procedures with training from existing team members
- Scale responsibilities as business grows and expands operations
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English (C1/C2 level) with the ability to navigate complex US insurance terminology over the phone.
- Experience with phone-based customer service or administrative support
- Professional phone manner for carrier and prospect communications
- Comfortable with technology platforms and learning new systems quickly
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekend coverage
- Strong attention to detail for handling licensing and application processes
- Bonus if you have experience with insurance industry processes
