Job Description: 

You’ll take ownership of both digital and print design work for a growing food brand that reaches thousands of customers across multiple channels. This is your chance to create packaging designs that will sit on supermarket shelves and be seen by consumers nationwide, while working flexibly with a team that values quality and efficiency over rigid schedules.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare print-ready packaging files including die-lines and color separations, including boxes, tubes, and various product formats for retail distribution
  • Create digital marketing assets that align with brand standards across multiple channels
  • Adapt existing master designs to different formats and applications with precision
  • Produce agency-quality design work that meets professional print and digital standards
  • Collaborate on design projects with varying timelines, including occasional rapid turnarounds
  • Maintain brand consistency across all consumer-facing materials
  • Work directly with marketing team to execute design vision and strategy

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in professional design software, particularly InDesign (essential for print-ready work)
  • Demonstrated experience with both digital design and print-ready packaging design
  • Portfolio showcasing agency-quality work across digital and print mediums
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining high design standards
  • Bonus if you have specific experience with food packaging or consumer goods
  • It helps if you’re familiar with print production processes and specifications
