Job Description: You’ll be instrumental in managing day-to-day marketing activities and essential business operations across multiple thriving Australian companies. This role combines creative marketing work with important administrative functions, offering variety and the chance to make a real impact. You’ll work closely with business owners who provide excellent training and support, making this ideal for someone looking to grow their skills across multiple business functions while contributing to genuine business growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage social media content creation and posting across multiple business accounts
• Update point of sales systems with new products, pricing, and inventory management
• Create and edit visual content, including pictures and videos for marketing campaigns
• Provide general administrative support across mobility, healthcare, and biotechnology verticals
• Coordinate between different business systems and ensure data accuracy
• Support e-commerce operations and online store management

Requirements

• A creative thinker with a strong eye for design and aesthetics

• Experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand

• Confidence using design tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar

• Ability to create artwork and visual content independently

• Comfortable collaborating with a web developer and wider team

• Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple projects

• Someone who takes initiative and enjoys building something long-term

Bonus 

• Experience designing website graphics or supporting web projects
