Job Description:

You’ll be the friendly, professional voice that guides customers through their entire rental journey, from initial inquiry to successful vehicle return. This role puts you at the center of a thriving mobility business where you’ll directly impact customer satisfaction and business growth. You’ll own the complete customer experience, managing bookings, coordinating logistics, and ensuring every interaction reflects the company’s commitment to exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls during peak business hours, providing expert guidance on vehicle availability and booking processes
• Process rental agreements and send contracts to customers, ensuring all documentation is accurate and timely
• Manage and communicate real-time inventory availability to prospective renters
• Guide customers through the complete booking cycle from initial inquiry to rental completion
• Maintain detailed customer records and rental databases for seamless service delivery
• Coordinate with vehicle owners and renters to facilitate smooth pickup and return processes
• Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency
• Support the customer service team during high-volume periods and peak rental seasons

Requirements:

• Previous customer service experience, preferably in rental, hospitality, or automotive industry
• Excellent verbal communication skills for phone-based customer interactions
• Proficiency with CRM systems and customer management platforms
• Ability to work Eastern Time business hours (9:30 AM to 6-7 PM)
• Strong organizational skills for managing rental agreements and inventory
• Experience with VOIP phone systems preferred
