Executive Assistant
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday 9 am to 6 pm, with 1 hour unpaid break | Singapore
About the client: The client is a reputable Chartered & Public Accountant firm with a strong commitment to providing exceptional services to our clients. Seeking a proactive and organized Executive Assistant to join the team. This role is pivotal in supporting both our internal operations and client work, ensuring smooth administrative functions and superior client relations.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Personal Support
- Provide high-level administrative support to one executive, including calendar management and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and other diary-related tasks efficiently.
- Assist with light personal administrative tasks for the executive, ensuring timely completion and proper organization.
- Handle ad hoc word processing and Excel tasks as required.
- Provide administrative and operational support for the executive’s sister companies or related entities, as reasonably requested, provided the tasks are appropriate to the Executive Assistant role and skill set.
- Support additional projects or assignments assigned by the executive from time to time, including cross-functional or ad hoc tasks, to ensure smooth business operations.
- Undertake other reasonable tasks outside the current scope of responsibilities, as requested by the executive, including tasks for sister companies, provided these tasks are lawful, appropriate, and within the EA’s capability and agreed working arrangements.
Client Work
- Support client work by managing the membership list of an association with 500 members.
- Ensure the membership list is continuously updated, reflecting any changes or new entries.
- Prepare and send monthly communications to the association members, as drafted by the client.
- Monitor responses to these communications, and update the association committee with relevant feedback.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
- Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
