QuickBooks Online - Bookkeeper
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to manage our financial records and ensure accuracy across our accounting processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and spot discrepancies effectively. This role requires collaboration with clients, managers, and other departments, so excellent communication skills are essential. Proficiency in accounting software, including QuickBooks Online (QBO), QuickBooks (QB), and payroll systems, is necessary for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records, ensuring all data entries are up-to-date and compliant with company policies.
- Reconcile bank accounts regularly, identifying and explaining discrepancies between bank balances and statements.
- Utilize accounting software (QBO, QB, and payroll systems) to process financial transactions and maintain records.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with clients, managers, and other departments to support financial transparency and alignment.
- Develop and maintain efficient financial record-keeping processes to improve the accuracy and accessibility of financial data.
