B2B & B2C Content Strategy & Social Media Manager

You’ll work directly with the CEO of a dynamic sales consulting firm that transforms revenue operations for small and mid-sized businesses. The company is expanding with a second venture launching soon, creating an exciting opportunity to shape marketing strategy across two complementary businesses during a high-growth phase.

 

Job Description: 

This is your chance to own social media strategy while working directly with executive leadership to create authentic, high-impact content. You’ll conduct regular interviews with the CEO to capture insights and maintain her authentic voice across all platforms. Rather than generic content creation, you’ll be crafting strategic, ghost-written materials that drive real business growth. With the flexibility to work across B2B and B2C platforms, you’ll build comprehensive marketing campaigns that expand the company’s digital footprint during an exciting period of business expansion.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular interviews with company leadership to gather content insights and maintain authentic brand voice
  • Create compelling LinkedIn content including blog articles, social posts, and accompanying graphics for B2B audience
  • Develop comprehensive content for monthly events including webinars and panel discussions
  • Write executive-level talk tracks and create professional presentation slides for speaking engagements
  • Manage social media strategy across B2B platforms (LinkedIn) and B2C platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
  • Update and maintain company websites on WIX/GoDaddy platforms with messaging and product alignment
  • Record and transcribe content creation interviews for future reference and content development
  • Split responsibilities strategically between primary sales consulting firm and secondary launching business

 

Requirements: 

  • Proven experience in B2B LinkedIn marketing and content creation, plus knowledge of B2C social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
  • Strong writing skills with ability to maintain consistent brand voice across platforms are essential, along with experience in graphic design and content creation tools.
  • Familiarity with webinar and presentation content development, plus basic website management skills on platforms like WIX or GoDaddy.
  • Bonus if you have experience conducting professional interviews and extracting key insights, and it helps if you’ve worked with executive-level clients or leadership teams before.
