Role Overview

The Email Marketing Expert is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns that drive engagement, conversions, and long-term customer relationships. This role manages the full email lifecycle, including campaign creation, automation flows, segmentation, performance analysis, and optimization. The ideal candidate combines strong copywriting skills with data-driven decision-making to support brand growth.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including promotions, product launches, and announcements
• Write compelling, conversion-focused email copy aligned with brand voice
• Build and manage automated email flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, re-engagement)
• Segment email lists to improve personalization and performance
• Monitor and analyze email performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions
• Optimize campaigns based on data insights and A/B testing
• Maintain clean, compliant email lists and best practices
• Coordinate with marketing and creative teams to align messaging and visuals

• Ensure all emails support overall brand growth and customer retention

 

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing email marketing campaigns end-to-end
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
• Experience with email marketing platforms and automation tools
• Solid understanding of segmentation, deliverability, and performance tracking
• Analytical mindset with experience interpreting campaign data
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously

• Comfortable working full-time during Pacific Time hours
