Meta Ads Operator

Role Overview
We are hiring a disciplined Meta Ads Operator to own day-to-day execution.
This is a hands-on operational role focused on campaign builds, retargeting, pacing, reporting, and creative swaps. The mandate is to maintain always-on retargeting, optimize the funnel, and keep performance stable with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
● Campaign Execution
● Build, launch, and maintain Meta Ads campaigns for retargeting, warm audiences, and
geo-targeted professional audiences
● Deploy structured naming conventions and maintain clean campaign organization
● Refresh retargeting audiences weekly (website visitors, CRM uploads, event lists, lookalikes)

Optimization & Pacing
● Monitor daily performance to ensure campaigns remain within budget and target thresholds
● Perform weekly creative swaps, A/B tests, and landing page checks
● Troubleshoot delivery issues, rejected ads, audience drops, or learning phase resets

Analytics & Reporting
● Produce weekly performance reports including CPM, CTR, CPC, CPL, audience growth,
and recommendations
● Maintain UTM accuracy and ensure tracking alignment across platforms
● Proactively flag anomalies or underperforming segments

Operational Support
● Coordinate with design teams for new creative versions
● Maintain organized libraries of audiences, creatives, and historical campaigns
● Execute structured SOPs consistently across all brands


Required Skills
● 2+ years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager (retargeting + direct response)
● Strong understanding of pixel events, custom audiences, and conversion tracking
● Proven ability to manage multiple accounts with clean organization and accuracy
● Ability to follow SOPs, manage deadlines, and communicate issues early
● Comfortable working with spreadsheets, reporting templates, and UTM structures

Preferred Experience
● Agency or multi-brand environments
● Service-based, B2B, or professional markets
● Familiarity with Monday.com, Canva, or similar tools

Success Metrics
● Stable pacing across all campaigns
● Consistent retargeting audience growth week-over-week
● Reduced CPL and improved CTR
● Zero tracking errors and clean reporting cadence
● Flawless execution of SOPs with minimal oversight
