Scope
- Focus on Spanish-speaking business markets
- Initial target of 10 qualified leads per week with growth expectations
- Lead qualification involves obtaining payment processing statements, not closing sales
- Work closely with sales closing team for seamless prospect handoffs
- Performance measured primarily on quantity and quality of qualified leads generated
- Contact Spanish-speaking business owners via phone during regular business hours
- Introduce businesses to free payment processing consultation services
- Generate interest and excitement about potential cost savings opportunities
- Obtain copies of current payment processing bills/statements from interested prospects
- Schedule appointments for qualified prospects with sales consultants
- Maintain target of 10+ qualified leads per week with progressive increases
- Follow up with prospects to ensure smooth handoff to closing team
- Document lead information and interaction details accurately
Requirements
- Native or fluent Spanish speaker (English not required)
- Entry-level experience acceptable, no prior sales experience necessary
- Comfortable making outbound phone calls to business owners
- Basic understanding of business operations and payment processing concepts
- Ability to work Monday through Friday during standard business hours
- Strong communication skills and professional phone manner
- Goal-oriented mindset with ability to meet weekly lead targets
