You’ll be the operational backbone of a mission-driven home care company, playing a crucial role in connecting compassionate caregivers with elderly clients who need support. Responsibilities
- Recruit and source qualified caregivers for in-home elderly care services
- Coordinate and manage scheduling between caregivers and clients to ensure complete shift coverage
- Handle onboarding processes including paperwork completion and documentation management
- Perform data entry and management tasks within the company’s specialized CRM system (SwiftOps)
- Create engaging social media marketing posts for review and approval
- Conduct online research and searches to support business development initiatives
- Support general administrative functions as the business scales
- Collaborate directly with the CEO on operational improvements and process development
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication abilities for recruitment and client coordination
- Technical aptitude and comfort learning new software systems quickly
- Basic social media content creation skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote startup environment
- Bonus if you have experience with CRM systems, particularly in healthcare or home care industries
- It helps if you have previous experience in recruitment, scheduling coordination, or healthcare administration
