Job Description

Step into a dynamic role where you’ll take ownership of a comprehensive marketing operation that’s already built for success. You’ll manage the complete customer journey from initial marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms to qualifying leads and setting appointments with the sales team. This position offers the exciting opportunity to work with advanced marketing automation tools like HubSpot, create engaging video content, and see the direct impact of your marketing efforts on business growth. You’ll have creative freedom to optimize existing strategies while implementing new approaches to drive client acquisition in an established, growth-focused environment.

Responsibilities

  • Execute and optimize marketing campaigns across all social media platforms, email channels, and digital marketing venues
  • Manage and enhance the company website, including content updates and new page development
  • Conduct strategic LinkedIn outreach and social media engagement to generate high-quality leads
  • Master HubSpot CRM system operations, utilizing advanced features and marketing automation capabilities
  • Coordinate monthly webinars from planning through execution and follow-up activities
  • Create compelling video content by editing webinar recordings into engaging short-form videos for YouTube and social media
  • Manage incoming inquiries from all marketing channels and nurture leads through the sales funnel
  • Qualify prospects and schedule appointments with the sales team for seamless handoffs
  • Handle client-facing communications with professionalism and expertise
  • Implement new HubSpot advertising mechanisms and explore innovative marketing features
  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics and lead conversion rates

Requirements

  • High-level, advanced proficiency with HubSpot CRM platform and marketing automation tools (must go beyond basic usage)
  • Demonstrated high level of business maturity, with the ability to handle professional nuances and work autonomously
  • Proven expertise in social media marketing across multiple platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
  • Strong background in email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing strategies
  • Video editing skills for creating social media content from longer-form recordings
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for client-facing interactions
  • Experience with SEO, pay-per-click advertising, and comprehensive digital marketing strategies
