Workflow & Automation Specialist (Monday.com)
Work hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Brick, NJ time (40 hours per week, 8 hours per day plus a 30-minute unpaid break)
Responsibilities:
➢ Assist on designing and building workflow/automation processes on Monday.com
platform.
➢ Assist with board template creation and updating existing templates.
➢ Collaborate with internal team members on technical requirements and
specifications.
➢ Customize board structures based on specific client needs.
➢ Serve as the main point of contact for IT support and respond to any support
tickets submitted.
➢ Assist on debugging automation or workflow process concerns.
➢ Document existing workflows/automations SOPs.
Requirements:
1. Technical Skills
➢ Proficiency in Monday.com (boards, dashboards, automations,
integrations)
➢ Experience building and managing workflows, automations, or project
boards
➢ Knowledge of integrations (e.g., Zapier, Make/Integromat, Slack, Teams,
Google Workspace)
2. Project / Operations Skills
➢ Ability to optimize and streamline processes using Monday.com
➢ Experience documenting workflows or creating SOPs
3. Soft Skills
➢ Strong communication skills
➢ Attention to detail
➢ Problem-solving mindset
➢ Ability to work cross-functionally
4. Tools & Software Experience (Preferred, but not required)
➢ Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
➢ Collaboration tools (Slack or Teams)
➢ Other tools (Harri, Bill, — not required but helpful)
5. Additional Preferred Qualifications
➢ Experience training users/teams on Monday.com
➢ Experience in automation or low-code/no-code systems
